SHIPPING POLICY
Unless specified otherwise by the buyer, all flutes will be shipped USPS Priority, insured for the value of the flute. For flutes insured below $500, no signature is required for delivery and will be left at the specified address. For flutes insured above $500, a signature will be required by USPS to make the delivery. From the time of order, the flute will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days, with most mailed within 24 hours.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The flute includes a lifetime guarantee against any material or craftsmanship defects. Also, the purchaser can return the flute, in its original condition, within 10 days for a full refund, except for the shipping cost of the return, if not fully satisfied.
